 Parnell will be working as a consultant, developing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the maintenance of a new Liquid Natural Gas Facility in the Sakhalin Islands North of Japan, a $2 billion project (Sakhalin II Project). He was pleased to accept, especially because he could conduct this work at home. He gives ERI a lot of the credit for his success:

     "With ERI, I gained experience on Negotiation Techniques where the job would have been lost since I could not go to Japan at this time. I negotiated to do contract work at home with the option to go there later.

     "ERI's ability to reach to large number of recruiters helped land this opportunity for me. I had some heart health problems in the middle of the job search and was not able to handle the stress of a total new job and relocation out of state. ERI's Gerry B stuck with me and gave me the encouragement to get back into the search when I was more able to handle the campaign."
